Home-sharing platform Airbnb has come out in support of a limit on the number of days an investment
property can be rented, a "three-strikes-andyou"re-out" system and strata revenue sharing in NSW, as it
seeks to avoid a tougher regulatory crackdown by the NSW government.
In a submission to the NSW government, Airbnb said for non-primary place of residence, it supports
imposing a 180-day threshold for development applications.
