OCN Members Meeting - Topic Title: Clarity on Your Capital Works Fund

Registration is closed for this event

MBM, Aston Industries and SPLOG have combined forces with OCN to create a series of seminars to help owners corporations keep control of maintenance and costs.

This second seminar in the four-part series focusses on CAPITAL WORKS FUNDS.

A ten-year Capital Works Fund reviewed every five years is mandatory. The contribution levels to the fund must be determined annually and lot owners can apply to the Tribunal if the owners corporation is not meeting its obligations.

This session is hosted by experts in this field and will:

  • Guide you in establishing a considered Capital Works Fund
  • Discuss the level of detail which is both recommended and required
  • Work through example projects
  • Help you prepare for your future

Good planning results in successful outcomes for you and your strata community.
