OCN and City of Ryde Seminar - Renovations & Repairs: Who is Responsible for What?

Registration is closed for this event

The Owners Corporation Network (OCN) and the City of Ryde have partnered to deliver a series of seminars aimed at providing you with the knowledge and skill base to optimise your investment and lifestyle.

The new strata laws came into effect on 30 November 2016.  Do you know what you can and can't repair, and who is responsible for the cost? What renovations you can and can't do without prior approval of your strata committee (and possibly the Council)?

Come along to learn what you need to do as a strata committee member, or an owner looking to renovate.

Presenter:  Natalie Fitzgerald, Strata Sense

Natalie joined Strata Sense early 2014, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a range of ideas from a long established career in the strata industry. Natalie has a technical knowledge and understanding of the complexities of strata management that has made her a leading expert within the industry.

With experience managing some of Sydney’s best known and complex strata buildings, Natalie is recognised for her expertise in defect management and conflict resolution. She believes that actively growing strata communities results in better livability and increased property values. Natalie balances her strata management style to deliver adept technical advice, guidance and support.
