Asbestos was one of the most widely used building materials so therefore this is an area of legislation that all people who occupy or manage or work in must get up to date on with new requirements coming into place.

  • How do they differ from the current requirement for onsite Asbestos Registers?
  • What about buildings that already have asbestos registers?
  • When do I have to comply by?
