OCN facilitates the ongoing improvement of living in and/or investing in strata title developments. To help achieve this objective we make submissions to Government, meet regularly with Ministers and MPs, and lobby Government and its agencies about necessary changes to Government policy and legislation.
We also hold a number of public forums both to educate members and inform ourselves about their views, in order to pass these on to Government. As the peak body for apartment owners, this is an increasingly important area of our work.
